Design Direction
Information architecture, User journey maps, Red routes were prepared after research ,conceptualizations and wireframes. Information architecture was timely updated with any change in the product as a result of user testing.User journey maps were recorded for purchasing a course and creating a course. These were prepared with the usability testing of basic designs with potential users from friends and family. I tried mapping what users think, feel and do while performing a task.
