My role
This project involved designing an end-to-end responsive web application for the B2C market, along with a website and dashboard for the B2B market. I conducted a usage audit to understand the user base and collaborated with team members weekly for user research, ideation, and brainstorming. My responsibilities included identifying solutions and creating the designs.
Validating Problem
The present interaction between the business owners, individual employers and domestic workers is mostly without background verification and thus leads to disruption if any misconduct. 40% thefts in India are committed by domestic helpers? Police verification is mandatory for domestic workers with legal implications
Vision is to create an interactive channel to bridge the communication and trust gap between employers and domestic workers, thereby designing a system which would ease out the hiring and verification for employers and opportunities for domestic workers.
User Study
Target users of the products are business owners who have domestic workers as their employees like drivers, delivery partners, maids etc and individual employers who have domestic workers employed at their homes. Domestic worker is most important aspect of the product. Analysing his/her behaviour is essential for products success
